I have had mine M15x for about 3 years, it's still running perfect! i have never had any problems with it.I am a gamer and this laptop is without doubt a masterpiece, It looks fantastic, its incredible quite doesnt make much noise from the cooling system and all the lights are just awesome.I have only called their support once and that was about a stupid mistake that i had overseen where i turned off the gfx card but the guy i was talking to was excellent in helping me out with the problem and there were no language barrier at all.Overall i am very satisfied with the product i bought from Alienware, i also have a stationary and i've never been more happy of a brands product as i am with alienwares products and its not the last thing i've bought from them.
The advantages are the reasons to buy alienware m15x.
1. Long. Without any problems during the deployment.
2. Designed for gaming in particular. We can use some work.
3. As for the game. The high-performance machine. Because of the high specification.
